In line with recommendations within the draft Regional Food Systems Framework, Food Links has further strengthened the local food system through collaborative community engagement and education with existing regional community gardens, community food programs, local food producers/ farmers and stakeholders. The aim was to encourage more in our community to �??Eat Well, Be Well�??, grow/eat their own food or food locally grown and eat seasonally. The program was rolled out in various locations around the Mount Alexander Shire.
