The Swiss Neurodiversity Map — a growing overview of companies in Switzerland that actively embrace neurodiversity and inclusion in their culture and strategy. As part of my work at auticon, where we empower neurodivergent tech professionals by creating a work environment that allows them to apply their cognitive and technical strengths in our clients’ tech and data projects — becoming true game changers — I created this map to raise awareness, highlight inclusive employers, and provide neurodivergent individuals with a list of companies where they are supported and truly included. My hope is that it inspires more organizations to recognize the value of different ways of thinking — and helps neurodivergent talent identify workplaces where they truly belong.
