St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton’s Youth Wellness Centre is a safe, accessible environment for youth aged 17 to 25 to receive expert mental health and substance use care by self-referral. They provide over 20 mental health services and mental health crisis support for youth who are having suicidal thoughts, distressed, frightened, or unable to cope by walking you through a step-by-step process based on your specific matter.
