The platform connects students and job seekers with businesses in retail, cafes, cleaning, and hospitality through a swipe-based matching interface. Founded in 2023 and part of the Minc startup community, SwipeJobb won Startup of the Year at Malmö Näringslivsgala 2025 alongside fellow Minc companies.
