Toto's Taco Restaurant is a West side surprise. It's very small inside...only four seating groups but has a lovely patio and a robust take-out business. This is a family-run operation and the food is always consistently good. We like to eat here when we want a quiet, low-key dining experience. Notable menu items: Tacos Dorados (beef and potato), fish and shrimp tacos, ALL THE SOUPS, chicken chimichangas, birria and quesabirria, breakfast burritos and cheese crisps.
