The Cesta Tower stands on the highest peak of Mount Titano and it forms part of the historic trio of fortresses that overlook San Marino. It dates back to the thirteenth century and it once played a key role in guarding the republic. Today it houses the Museum of Ancient Arms which shows weapons and armor from different periods. From the tower you gain clear views of the hills below and the distant Adriatic coast. The setting combines military history and natural scenery in one of the most iconic places in the country.
