Philly Cheese School

Here at PCS we offer fun and informative classes on how to serve, pair and enjoy cheese, virtually or in-person at our South Philadelphia classroom! Our BYOB classes are a haven for cheese lovers and a welcoming environment for all curious eaters to explore their own palate, ask questions, and taste some seriously delicious cheeses and treats. Philly Cheese School is founded by Julia Fox-Birnbaum who says cheese is her life! After working for many years in the specialty foods industry, Julia started Philly Cheese School because she loves sharing the magic of cheese with others. For her, cheese is a way to connect with people, tell delicious stories and so much more.
