Three generations of the Carbone family have served homemade pasta, fried chicken, and veal cutlets since Edward Carbone opened The Good Fellows Club in 1933, soon joined by his mother and father in the kitchen. What began as a small family operation has grown into a Hopkinton institution, where the same recipes and traditions carry forward nearly a century later. The chicken parmesan still draws crowds who return for the kind of Italian-American cooking that feels like Sunday dinner.
