A roadside stand turned Southern California legend, this Alhambra institution has piled pastrami high since 1951. Brothers Joseph and Corky Conzonire bought the business and built it into a regional chain, but the original location still serves the World Famous Pastrami Dip Sandwich that started it all—thin-sliced, generously portioned, and dunked in jus.
