Behind a neon martini glass sign in downtown Anchorage, Alaska's oldest steakhouse has been serving hand-cut, dry-aged beef since 1957. Club Paris grills filet mignon and New York strips over an open flame in a dim, wood-paneled room where jazz drifts through the air and martinis arrive ice-cold in classic stemware. The kitchen also turns out king crab legs and halibut pulled from Alaskan waters, but regulars come for the char-crusted steaks that have anchored this corner for nearly seven decades.
