Inside a 10-by-10-foot building on Cleburne's Anglin Street, burgers sizzle on a cast-iron grill with ivory handles that dates to the 1800s — the same equipment used when railroaders kept this joint alive starting in 1949. Each burger, named for local Cleburne history, carries decades of seasoning baked into that antique cooktop. The Texas Bucket List came calling, but regulars already knew: this is where you taste nearly two centuries of iron and flame.
