Chef Nick O'Leary transformed the dive bar food scene from a Twin Cities icon's tiny kitchen, proving that pull tabs and custom-ground burgers could coexist. What started as a pop-up at Tony Jaros Rivergarden evolved into a full operation, first at POTLUCK Food Hall and now on West 7th, where breakfast burgers and the signature House and Wedge patties draw crowds daily. The formula remains unchanged: high-quality beef ground in-house, dive bar charm, and a menu that elevates everything a greasy spoon should be.
