When Angelo Sr. and Isabella Mancuso bought a small bar in Atlantic City's Ducktown in 1935, they served just two things: fried shrimp and spaghetti with meatballs. Nearly 90 years later, the third generation still runs the red-sauce tavern their grandparents built, ladling out generous portions of lobster ravioli, chicken marsala, and those same homestyle meatballs that started it all.
