Joe Kotarek opened this family-run supper club in Cudahy in 1958, and his son Jerry still runs it today. The prime rib draws crowds nightly, but regulars also swear by the char-grilled K Ranch Burger stacked with three cheeses and sautéed onions, the broasted chicken on Sundays, and a Friday fish fry that's become tradition. Six horseshoe courts and sand volleyball out back keep the party going long after dinner.
