Inside this gleaming 1938 Jerry O'Mahony railcar diner — one of New Jersey's oldest — regulars crowd the counter for Taylor ham, egg, and cheese sandwiches griddled behind the vintage wood paneling and chrome. Run by the Greberis family since 1964, the place stubbornly skips menus in favor of a letter board above the flattop, where cooks flip homemade corned beef hash and Jimmy Michaelos' famous spinach pie for three generations of devotees.
