George Protopapas named his Italian-American kitchen after Baltimore's Rosedale neighborhood, where families pack the tables for Country Chicken & Waffles smothered in sausage gravy and all-day breakfast served until the near-dawn hours. Since the early 1990s, this family favorite runs nearly round the clock, feeding late-shift workers and birthday parties alike in a sprawling, comfortable space with a full bar and even a drive-through window for crab mac and cheese or spaghetti with meatballs on the go.
