Inside an 1870s building that once served as Montville's town hall, the McDermott family transformed this historic inn into an Italian destination celebrated for its ultra thin-crust brick oven pizza. The razor-thin pies emerge crisp and airy, often eaten whole by a single diner, while the daily specials and classic Italian fare keep regulars returning. The upstairs banquet room, housed in the original courthouse, hosts intimate gatherings where history and hospitality meet over plates of fresh pasta.
