Tiki idols and gargoyles watch over the pool tables at this dark, dungeon-like dive on Sixth Street, where three-quarter-pound burgers have drawn cultish devotion since 1994. Owner Paul Eighmey opened it as a beer joint with a few burgers, but after Guy Fieri's 2008 visit, the Amarillo topped with roasted serranos became legendary. The jukebox still pulses with punk and metal, and the kitchen stays open until 1:30 a.m.
