Dante & Luigi's is Philadelphia's oldest Italian restaurant, established in 1899, and one of the oldest existing Italian restaurants in the United States. Known for traditional homemade Italian cuisine including lasagna, osso buco, and ricotta gnocchi, the restaurant is set in a historic 19th-century townhouse in the Bella Vista neighborhood and originally served as a first stop for Italian immigrants arriving in Philadelphia.
