Inside a 1927 Pollard dining car—one of only two left in America—this 15-seat Biddeford counter serves from-scratch classics that have earned praise from Bon Appétit. Reopened in 2014 by Greg Mitchell and Chad Conley, the sixth proprietors in nearly a century of continuous operation, the diner turns out crispy Palace Potatoes and its signature Diner Sandwich to locals who queue down Franklin Street.
