Since Susan Warner opened her railroad boxcar café in 1922, the formula has never changed: beef ground daily, shaped into thin patties, dressed with mustard, onions, and salt on a bun. The current Governors Drive location carries on the tradition with no-bean chili, red slaw dogs, and counter seating where regulars still order in the same shorthand their grandparents used. Walk in for breakfast or lunch and taste a century of Huntsville in every bite.
