I am journalist, resilience coach and author. For more than 20 years, I have been deputy head of an online newsroom. As a freelancer I am doing trainings for people in all industries and at all hierarchical levels for more than 10 years. Having been in autopilot mode myself for a long time, often externally controlled and under pressure. I first learned how to become more resilient and healthy myself and how to work and lead teams in a future-oriented and enjoyable way. The positive insights and experiences from this process have led me to support others on this journey. I have developed an 8-week program for resilience and appreciative collaboration and published it as a book "Buddha Loves Rafting". On a voluntary basis, I head the Online Expert Committee of the German Journalists’ Association (DJV) and am member of the GENDEG group of the European Federation of Journalists. And I love damn good coffee and good chocolate.
