Auberge de Castille is one of the most impressive historic buildings in Valletta and it originally served as the headquarters of the Knights of the Order of St. John from the Castile region. The façade features rich Baroque details strong symmetry and elegant stonework that reflect the power of the order. Today the building houses the Office of the Prime Minister and remains an important landmark in the capital. Its grand exterior and the open square in front of it also make it a beautiful photo spot.
