The Bock Casemates are an underground network of tunnels and passages carved into the rocky cliffs of Luxembourg City. They were originally built as part of the city’s fortifications and provided shelter storage and defensive positions during times of war. Visitors can explore the narrow corridors steep stairways and viewpoints that overlook the Alzette Valley. The Bock Casemates combine military history unique architecture and dramatic landscapes which makes them one of the most famous attractions in Luxembourg.
