Provides non-emergency transportation for handicapped and elderly individuals in wheelchairs from institutions, hospitals and private residences for medical and social appointments.Eligibility: People with disabilities and the elderly for whom using the Valley Transit’s fixed route system is difficult. • Persons with disabilities should contact Occupational Health Systems at 920-730-5337 for an ADA transportation certification. Seniors should contact Senior Connection at 920-731-1322 or Outagamie County Aging Services 930-832-5145 for certification appointment.
