Crossing ancient sandstone escarpments high above the Jamison Valley, this two-day trek reveals cascading waterfalls, fern-filled gullies, and stunning lookouts including Wentworth Falls, Gordon Falls and Katoomba Falls. Beginning at Darwin’s Walk in Wentworth Falls, the trail follows heritage pathways and newly restored sections to Scenic World in Katoomba, blending historic charm with modern trail design. Along the way, walkers encounter rich Aboriginal culture and the Wumbarrung, the yellow‑tailed black cockatoo symbolising the spirit of Gundungurra Country.
