Saint Raphaël is a sunny seaside town on the Côte d Azur known for its sandy beaches, marina life and relaxed promenade. Visitors can explore the old center with its cafés, markets and views of the basilica or walk along the waterfront where boats come and go throughout the day. The town is close to the red rocks of the Estérel Massif which makes it a great base for hiking, coastal walks or short climbs that reveal wide views of the Mediterranean. Many people enjoy swimming, paddleboarding or taking a boat trip from the harbor to explore nearby coves. In the evening the seafront becomes lively as the lights reflect on the water and the air carries the scent of the sea.
