All of the places we recommend when people stop in our shops.

Our favorite places around for a bite, a beer or a cup of coffee.
From Jo: Delicious coffee and treats with thoughtfully curated seasonal drinks. Black sesame latte is the best!

From Jo: Dark and moody wine bar with snacks. Perfect for a date night or catching up with old friends.

From Jo: Classic American bar food with cheap drinks and plenty of space. Play pool or darts in the back room.

From Ben: Small family owned Vietnamese cafe. They make a perfect banh mi and killer Vietnamese iced coffee!

From Ben: Great coffee, friendly baristas, what more could you ask for?

From Ben: DiBruno Bros Bottle Shop: Excellent selection of wines and beers from near and far, with a super friendly and knowledgeable staff to help you pick out the perfect bottle. In warmer months, buy a bottle to go and hang out in the plaza next door for the ideal hangout!

From Jo: Coffee plus vintage shopping. Need we say more?

From Lee: Breakfast tacos are great, but I long for the Queso & Puffy Chips.

From Lee: Panzerotti and a great pastry case. I added this, but its an even bigger hit with my son.

From Ben: From purpose-driven outdoor gear to high-end Japanese & Korean fashion, Totem has it all.

From Ben: A go-to spot for any comic or graphic novel enthusiasts!

From Jo: Get lost in this hidden gem book store. Imagine a maze but full of books (and some cats).

From Jo: Record store with great selection of modern and old music. Look through the dollar bin for some rarities.

From Lee: Our closest neighbor and host of the best events for illustrators and artists around.

From Ben: This is my favorite park to hang out with friends in summer months. There are a few tables and chairs that are perfect for chatting, drinking wine, and eating snacks.

From Ben: Small and peaceful park in Queen Village. A perfect place to read, sketch, and relax.

From Lee: Best playground because it has shade!
