Rambod Hashemi is a Certified Mind-Body Medicine practitioner trained through The Center for Mind-Body Medicine, with a background in psychology, management, and organizational leadership. Guided by the belief that resilient people form the foundation of resilient communities, and informed by his MIT Chief Operating Officer training, he brings a practical, systems-level approach to cultivating connection, resilience, and meaningful change. Rambod facilitates skills-based groups for diverse communities—including seniors, Farsi-speaking and Diaspora populations, and dedicated spaces for men—creating grounded, compassionate environments where people reconnect with themselves, one another, and their capacity to care for the world.
