The Dining Room at the Urban Cowboy Lodge feels like a Looney Tunes set designed by Taylor Sheridan. It's so over the top. Their menu features seasonally-rotating and locally sourced ingredients from "the surrounding landscape," presumably Big Indian in the Catskills.
