Bimi's Canteen

Bimi’s Canteen turns out colorful small plates that let peak-season produce do the talking – think tomato and melon salad with citrus whipped feta or crispy macha potatoes with lime and sesame. It's one of my favorite burgers around: two organic beef smash patties, pickled red onion, cheddar, Bella’s secret sauce, lettuce, house pickles, potato bun, and perfect fries.
