Housed in the historic Knitting Mill (one of the coziest places in Kinderhook), Morningbird Cafe serves Gotham Coffee espresso and drip from the BIPOC and queer-owned Coffee Project. You'll definitely want to eat the house-made pastries, breakfast, and Southeast Asian-inspired lunches, and if they have them, the mochi donuts.
