Cross Harbor Rail Freight Tunnel

The project is the transformational replacement of the Midtown Bus Terminal, which includes new space for buses, modern passenger amenities, bold architecture, over 3 acres of public open space, new ramp structure connecting directly to the Lincoln Tunnel, and a new facility for bus storage and staging.
