350 Park Avenue Redevelopment

The construction project is a multi-billion dollar effort, currently in the planning phase, led by Vornado Realty Trust, Rudin, and Ken Griffin (Citadel). It is estimated to run from 2026 to 2032 and is currently seeking a Contractor/CM.
