The New Terminal One is a major project at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), replacing Terminals 1, 2, and 3. It is being built in phases, will anchor the international airport's south side, and is estimated to cost $9.5 Billion. The project includes 22 new gates for larger aircraft, over 230,000 SF of concession space, and 116,000 SF of airline lounges, featuring future-focused technologies, locally inspired retail and dining, and sustainable elements. The construction is currently underway, led by The New Terminal One (Consortium), PANYNJ, with AECOM Tishman as the Contractor/CM, and is scheduled to be completed in 2030.
