376 Schermerhorn Street (The Alloy Block)

The project is a two-tower complex called The Alloy Block, located on a triangular plot in Brooklyn. It was originally proposed with residences and offices, but the office space was removed from the plans. One of the buildings on the site, a former Civil War infirmary, will be preserved and repurposed as a cultural facility.
