Gateway Program: Hudson Tunnel Project

The Gateway Program is a comprehensive rail investment program on the Northeast Corridor between Newark, New Jersey, and New York Penn Station. Its cornerstone is the Hudson Tunnel Project, which includes building a new two-tube tunnel under the Hudson River and rehabilitating the existing 115-year-old North River Tunnel.
