Carnival – created by the Provincetown Business Guild in 1978 – is Ptown’s original Summer celebration of community, expression, and creativity. The weeklong festival attracts tens of thousands of guests from all over the world to enjoy parties, performances, costume contests, and the legendary Carnival parade. The 48th Carnival parade will roll down Commercial Street on Thursday, August 20.

This year's Carnival's theme is Deep Sea Disco so suit and get ready to dive into Ptown's largest Queer + Sapphic Carnival Pool Party featuring DJ J-BOOM, a lawn lounge by Beach Babes Butler, live towel art by Brian Butler, pop-up Oldtimers surf shops and more on Wednesday, August 19th from 1-4PM.
