Balchik Airport is a small airfield located near the coastal town of Balchik in northeastern Bulgaria. It was originally used as a military base and later adapted for civil and training purposes. The airport has a long runway open surroundings and a quiet setting that make it suitable for light aircraft flights pilot training and occasional aviation events. Although it does not operate regular commercial flights it remains an important part of the local aviation infrastructure.
