MAD LAB is a producer of Belgian organic crackers, grissini and savory biscuits. Our mission is to offer a healthy alternative to snacking under a brand that is committed to reducing its environmental impact, to a circular economy and to a positive social impact. We recover spent grain, the cereal produced by brewing beer, and use it in certain products. Our entire range is available in bulk and we source 90-99% of our raw materials locally. Our products (except the cheese ones) are vegan and everything is produced in our workshop in Brussel.
