Acme Smoked Fish is a fourth-generation, family-owned seafood company headquartered in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Founded in 1906, Acme has grown from a small family business into a leading producer of smoked seafood, while staying rooted in the neighborhood it has long called home. From its Brooklyn facility, Acme produces a range of smoked fish for retailers, restaurants, bagel shops, and food businesses across the country. Every Friday, Acme also opens its doors to the public for Fish Friday, a decades-old tradition where neighbors can purchase smoked fish directly from the smokehouse. Today, Acme continues to support local jobs, carry on generations of craft, and contribute to Brooklyn’s manufacturing community.
