Today, headquartered in Brooklyn, Wonton Food remains proudly family-owned and rooted in New York. With multiple production facilities and more than 400 employees, the company continues to craft noodles, wrappers, and fortune cookies that have become part of everyday meals and shared moments for countless families. For CEO Norman Wong, carrying forward his father’s legacy is deeply personal.
