Martin Greenfield emigrated to the United States as a Holocaust survivor in 1947 and got his first job as a floor boy at the GGG clothing factory. In 1977 Martin purchased the factory and established Martin Greenfield Clothiers (MGC), producing clothing for businessmen and grooms, as well as presidents and celebrities. He has been joined in the business by his sons Tod and Jay. Evergreen is recognizing them for their role in the founding of Evergreen and longtime participation on the Evergreen board. We also recognize MGC's longevity in the community and their leadership and advocacy for the industrial business community in North Brooklyn and beyond.
